The Medical Faculty of Tübingen is seeking highly qualified candidates for 9 PhD positions for projects in basic and applied biomedical and clinical research, to be filled from June 2015 onwards.
- Cardiology and Vascular Diseases
- Neurobiology of processing vocal emotions in unipolar and bipolar depression
- Closed-loop neuroprosthetics
- Neuromodulation and neurorehabilitation
- Ph.D. position in Immunology
- Interaction of thrombocyte inflammation mediators and their receptors
- Regulation of thrombocyte function and thrombocyte-monocyte interaction
- Significance of DAMP on the link between thrombosis and inflammation
- Analysis of the assembly of bacterial type III secretion systems
The PhD projects will be carried out in an international, interdisciplinary environment at one of the eleven German universities recognized in the German “Excellence Initiative.” The Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen specializes in a number of innovative fields of research, including neuroscience, imaging science, translational immunology and cancer research, microbiology and infection research.
