1 Postdoctoral Position in Plant Biology - Molecular Mechanisms of Plant Adaptation in Germany | Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology

The Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology in Potsdam invites applications for a post doc position in a research group studying molecular mechanisms of plant adaptation. The research takes advantage of Arabidopsis thaliana accessions and hybrids in order to understand the underlying mechanisms of adaptive traits and their role in diversification.

The candidate should have strong background in plant molecular biology and genetics. Knowledge of population genetics and bioinformatics is an advantage and fluency in English is required.
