About Scholarship:
The Dickson Poon Undergraduate Law Scholarship programme offers generous scholarships to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential and life ambition. We are welcoming scholarship applications from ALL applicants who receive an offer from us of a place on one of our LLB programmes beginning in September 2014.
Study:
Scholarships are provided to pursue LLB programmes beginning in September 2014.
Course Level: The scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate degree level.

Eligibility:
The Dickson Poon School of Law welcome and encourage applications from all students who apply to study Law at King’s and who receive an offer from us of a place on one of our undergraduate Law programmes. There is no restriction on where you come from – these scholarships are equally open to Home, EU and international students. The Dickson Poon Undergraduate Scholarship programme is aimed at enabling the brightest and best students to obtain a world class legal education regardless of their background. The level of competition for the scholarships is high and Dickson Poon Scholars are expected to play an active role in the School community during their studies and in the global community after graduation.
Scholarship Open for: UK/EU and international students can apply for these scholarships.
Number of awards: 75 scholarships are offered (25 scholarships worth £9,000 each and 50 scholarships worth £6,000 per year).
Duration: Scholarship is offered for three years.
Value: Up to 25 scholarships are awarded worth £9,000 each per year. Each of these scholarships will have a total value of £27,000 or £36,000, depending on whether the applicants follow a three year or four year programme. Up to 50 scholarships will also be awarded worth £6,000 per year. Each of these scholarships will have a total value of £18,000.
Selection Criteria: The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of merit.
