Περιγραφή
A major issue with sensor data is volume and, therefore, the study of efficient techniques for its compact representation is of utmost importance. Our aim is to explore the application of algorithms and techniques employed for creating compact representations of graphs and genomic sequences to the problem of efficiently storing sensor data. To evaluate the algorithm, a data store will be developed atop of HADOOP file system. Applications should clearly state the reference EXCL/EEI-ESS/0257/2012 – BIC4
