International Undergraduate Scholarships in UK | University of Leeds

University of Leeds is inviting applications for international undergraduate scholarships for starting a degree program in September 2015. The University offers a wide range of scholarships from partial fee awards to full scholarships covering fees, maintenance grants and other allowances.

Study Subject(s):

Scholarships are awarded for all of the science and engineering undergraduate courses in the following schools and faculties: Biological Sciences, Computing, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Environment (science-based courses only), Food Science and Nutrition, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Astronomy Process, Environmental and Materials Engineering and Psychology; All of the single honours mathematics degree, including: BSc Mathematics, Mathematics with Finance, Actuarial Mathematics, Mathematical Studies, Mathematics and Statistics; all Business School undergraduate courses; all of the single honours Business School undergraduate degree courses and all of the single honours law school undergraduate degree courses.

Eligibility:

• International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship: Any overseas fee paying applicants who have been offered a place on an undergraduate degree programme.
• Excellence in Mathematics Scholarships: Overseas rated fee paying students with outstanding qualifications. Typically the equivalent of A*AA at A-level (A2).
• Business School International Excellence Scholarship: Overseas fee paying students who demonstrate achievement.
• Leeds University Business School International Foundation Year Scholarship: Overseas fee rated students on the University of Leeds International Foundation Year (IFY).

To be considered you must achieve a minimum overall average of at least 75% on the Leeds IFY with no single module below a grade B

• School of Law International Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships: Overseas fee paying studentsachieving AAA at A-level (A2) or equivalent. This is for year one only, the Undergraduate Merit scholarship is available for students in years two and three.
• School of Law International Undergraduate Merit Scholarships: Overseas fee paying students in years two and three of their undergraduate programme who achieve the required level in their previous year’s study.

Scholarship Application Deadline: The admission deadline is 15 January 2015.
