BIP laboratory (UMR CNRS 7281, Marseille) is seeking a two years Postdoc fellow to work within the “Bioelectrochemistry of extremophile enzymes” group.
The candidate will be involved in the ANR project CAROUCELL which aims at the development of a new generation of H2/O2 biofuel cells. He will especially investigate the immobilization of various enzymes, including membrane enzymes, on functionalized electrochemical interfaces for efficient substrate conversion.
The candidate must have knowledge in electrochemistry, in interface functionalization and related methods. Skill in lipid-like interfaces will be appreciated. Biochemical skill is not necessary, even if handling of enzymes could be a plus.
