Περιγραφή
We are looking for an ambitious postdoctoral researcher to join the newly established Proteomics & Chromatin Biology group at the Department of Molecular Biology, Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands). As a postdoctoral researcher you will employ state-of-the-art quantitative mass spectrometry technology and genome-wide sequencing approaches to study epigenetic mechanisms of gene expression regulation in intestinal mouse and human (tumor) organoid cultures.
You will be involved in generating as well as in analysing/mining genome-wide profiles and mass spec data using bioinformatics tools. The project is embedded in a highly experienced and interactive research department and is part of the NWO Gravitation Programme ‘Cancer GenomiCs Netherlands’.
Requirements
You should have a PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry or biomedical sciences. Protein biochemistry expertise as well as hands-on experience in genome-wide approaches and bioinformatics skills are highly advantageous
Conditions of employment
you will be classified as a Postdoctoral Researcher 4 in the Dutch university job-ranking system (UFO).
