1 Postgraduate Scholarship in the College of Arts and Law in UK | The University of Birmingham

Open to students undertaking a full-time History-based programme in the College of Arts and Law. One award is available each year and will be tenable for one year only. Preference will be given to candidates from the West Midlands.

Study:

Scholarship is provided in the field of American and Canadian Studies, Antiquity, Archaeology, Classics and Ancient History, Drama and Theatre Arts, English Language and Linguistics, English Literature, History, History of Art, Modern Languages and Cultures, Music offered by the University of Birmingham in the UK.

Course Level: This scholarship is available for pursuing Postgraduate degree level at University of Birmingham in the UK.

Eligibility:

• Open to new and current full-time postgraduate students, studying taught or research-based programmes.
• Preference is given to nominees from the West Midlands and those studying Classics or History.

Scholarship Open for: EU, overseas (Non-EU) and UK students (Preference will be given to candidates from the West Midlands)

Duration: Scholarship will be offered for one year only.

Value: This scholarship will cover the home rate of postgraduate tuition fees. Stipends for living costs may be available in some cases; however, this will be subject to available funding and cannot be guaranteed.

Apply: Applications cannot be made directly for these awards; candidates need to be nominated by their school or department. You should aim to apply by mid-March (when nominations open) prior to the start of the academic term. Nominations close in late May.
