Work description
The Department of Automatic Control is currently looking for up to two postdoctoral researchers. Our research projects will support these postdoctoral researchers within the areas of:
- Privacy Preserving Optimization for Big Data, Networked Systems, Signal Processing, and Wireless Networks
- Future Wireless Networks;
- ICT for Smart Grids
- Wireless Sensor Networks for Smart Cities
- Network Optimization
Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD (or be near completion) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or related field.
The successful applicants should have an outstanding research documented by top-technical journal publications. We are looking for strongly motivated candidates, who are able to work independently and cooperate with PhD students. Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills are a requirement. Good command of English orally and in writing is required to present and publish research results. The successful candidates will be responsible for about 20% of their employment time to management of research projects.

Form of the employment: Time limited, 12 months which may be extended with additional 12 months
Work time: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement
Salary: According to agreement, following the general level for Post Doc salary at the school of Electrical Engineering.
