2 Postdoctoral research positions in Electrical Engineering in Sweden | KTH - Royal Institute Of Technology

Work description

The Department of Automatic Control is currently looking for up to two postdoctoral researchers. Our research projects will support these postdoctoral researchers within the areas of:

• Privacy Preserving Optimization for Big Data, Networked Systems, Signal Processing, and Wireless Networks
• Future Wireless Networks;
• ICT for Smart Grids
• Wireless Sensor Networks for Smart Cities
• Network Optimization

Qualifications

Candidates should have a PhD (or be near completion) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or related field.

The successful applicants should have an outstanding research documented by top-technical journal publications. We are looking for strongly motivated candidates, who are able to work independently and cooperate with PhD students. Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills are a requirement. Good command of English orally and in writing is required to present and publish research results. The successful candidates will be responsible for about 20% of their employment time to management of research projects.

Employment

Form of the employment: Time limited, 12 months which may be extended with additional 12 months

Work time: Full-time

Start date: According to agreement

Salary: According to agreement, following the general level for Post Doc salary at the school of Electrical Engineering.
