Postdoctoral Research Fellow Level 1 or Level 2, Chemistry & Chemical Biology, supported by Science Foundation Ireland | University College Dublin

Applications are invited for the above position, which is part of a research programme supported by Science Foundation Ireland. This programme focuses on the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of stable lipoxin analogues and related substituted tetrahydrofurans.

The post-holder will be responsible for the biological evaluation (anti-inflammatory, pro-resolution and fibrosuppressant activities) of the compounds prepared and participate in all aspects of the research programme, which is collaborative with chemistry researchers in UCD and other biological researchers in DCU.

Salary: €33,975 - €37,750 per annum

Appointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
