University of Ulster’s Faculty of Computing and Engineering is offering 70 new scholarships for postgraduate courses at its Jordanstown and Magee campuses. These valuable scholarships will cover the university fees for the one-year full time Masters degrees. Forty places will be allocated to a new MSc in Computational Intelligence in the School of Computing and Intelligent Systems while the remaining 30 places will be divided equally between two existing courses in the School of Engineering and in Biomedical Engineering.

Study Subject(s): Forty places will be allocated to a new MSc in Computational Intelligence in the School of Computing and Intelligent Systems at Magee, while the remaining 30 places will be divided equally between two existing courses in the School of Engineering at Jordanstown–the MSc Advanced Composites and Polymers and the MSc in Biomedical Engineering.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing masters degree level at Jordanstown and Magee campuses of University of Ulster.

-Competition for the scholarships is expected to be very strong and anyone interested in securing a funded place on these MSc courses should apply as soon as possible.

Scholarship Description: The University of Ulster’s Faculty of Computing and Engineering is offering 70 new scholarships for postgraduate courses at its Jordanstown and Magee campuses. Minister for Employment and Learning Dr Stephen Farry today announced that DEL would fund additional places on Masters courses at the University of Ulster. The Minister said: “This investment in economically relevant Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) postgraduate courses will help improve the skills of our graduates to meet the needs of local employers and support economic growth.”The Faculty of Computing and Engineering will use the DEL funding to offer 70 scholarships for full-time MSc courses.
