Περιγραφή
The Department of Chemistry at Aalto University has strong records in new inorganic materials research, in particular in oxide materials. Novel functional inorganic and hybrid inorganic-organic materials are designed, modelled, synthesized and characterized in both bulk-material and thin-film forms using state-of-the-art atomic-level experimental and computational methods. The focus covers various important applications in sustainable new energy technologies including e.g. thermoelectrics, superconductors, SOFCs and Li-ion batteries.
Requirements
Successful candidates shall have or are close to having an MSc or PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials Physics or Materials Science. Good command of English is a necessary prerequisite, and applicants for the Post Doc Positions are expected to have an excellent track record in experimental or computationalinorganic materials research.
Salary
Aalto University follows the new salary system of Finnish universities.
