The objectives and the actions of the research program can be summarized as follows:

• standardize the perception detection of identity elements, structure and functional significance of the port and its landscape through a scientific and rigorous methodology;
• make measurable variation of of landscape in the port changes perception through the identification of digital models, thanks to indicators and methodology, enable comparison between present and future transformation scenarios;
• study the integration of the methodology with tools for planning, design and evaluation through the creation of databases, maps and processed text that favor the preservation of the landscape and support the port in a sustainable transformation of the port itself.

Eligibility:

• PhD in Urban and Regional Design
• Degree in city and regional Planning and Design (LM-48 o ex 54/S)
