Studying for a DPhil (PhD) at the Ludwig Cancer Research, Oxford Branch provides a unique opportunity to benefit from being part of a global cancer research organisation and one of the leading universities in the world.

The Oxford Branch has the privilege of being affiliated with the Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine within the University of Oxford’s Medical Sciences division. This gives our students access to the very best academic support and resources.

Based at the Old Road Campus Research Building in Oxford, our students have the opportunity to work with cancer experts in world-leading translational research and the potential to develop collaborations both within the University of Oxford and internationally, as well as work in an exciting and challenging environment.

DPhil Students will have the opportunity to attend international conferences, take part in student journal clubs as well as attend regular lab meetings and institute seminars. Additionally, students will have access to a wide-range of seminars and courses offered by the Medical Sciences Division.

Ludwig Studentships 2015 Fully funded 4 year studentships available commencing October 2015.
