The general aim of the course is to equip the student with a broad education which will prepare students for a business career in the foodservice industry. This specific program will enable student to start their careers in entry-level kitchen positions in restaurants and hotels with specialization in food preparation. The students could proceed with further kitchen supervisory or managerial positions.
